I have the honor of speaking this Friday, March 8th at The Business of WE (Women Entrepreneurs) Divine Feminine Leadership Conference in NYC 🌟 and I am so excited about sharing the stage and learning from these incredible women. (You should come! Register here)
But Paulina Lopez's post on "Divine Timing" had me thinking. We all know that feeling - the spontaneous meeting, the synchronicities, the opportunities that fall in our lap, the call that suddenly opens an entirely new chapter...
We love them. But they are elusive. Out of our control (or so we think). Unpredictable. Definitely unreliable.
So how do we create the conditions to experience those "magic meetings" or "aha moments" or "quantum opportunities" just appear?
2 Feminine Growth Hacks for you: (And yes, the word "feminine" - more on that later...)
👀 Noticing and Celebrating 🥂 . The more you notice the good in your life, the more it finds you. Yes, gratitude journals work. AND - actively celebrating the wins, sharing the wins, talking about the wins - is extremely effective at having more wins find you. We are socialized to play small, downplay accomplishments, minimize our greatness or fun experiences, "don't be boastful". But there is a huge difference of genuinely celebrating even the tiniest of wins, brags, accomplishments, celebrations - because we all so desperately feel alone inside, and by noticing, celebrating, and connecting with others on our wins we actually change our nervous system, actually increase connection, actually enhance self-esteem, and yes, actually makes us have more wins, more "divine timing", and more fun come into our lives. Try it. And please report back 🔎
👯 Sharing your secret dreams. 💫 When we share (or sometimes even whisper) our dreams, our goals, our wants, our desires for a different life, for an experience, for a new role, for an opportunity to close, for a product launch to land thousands of users... to be held, to go on vacation, to drive a Maserati...when we acknowledge those dreams inside ourselves, and THEN share them with someone... that sharing brings them alive. The sharing gives us a glimpse of the possibility. The sharing brings energy to fuel them. So when we share them (hugely vulnerable) - there's an opening that comes in where people, ideas, are suddenly, surprisingly, there to help you.
Real life example:
I had a rock-bottom 2023. Soul crushing. Bone sucking (I don't even know if that's a thing, but I'm going with it.) Eviscerating year.
And somewhere before Thanksgiving, this teeny tiny whisper on my heart started talking. The secret wish to do something radically courageous for my big milestone birthday in January. To be the most vulnerable, the most raw, the most truthful in my life. To enter a new decade more whole, and in more integrity with myself.
To get on stage as my full self. Corporate Leader. Chief Growth Officer. And Feminine Leader. Full of heartbreak. Full of fire. Full of commitment to unlocking women's passion and their unapologetic selves so that we can build and grow companies the world needs from a different operating system. To get women more money.
I celebrate the f*ck out of my bravery, and the love that 15 women had who showed up to the K. Immersive on January 18th. We danced, we cried, we moved, we got in touch with those deepest desires of our lives, and we shared them. We held them for each other.
I shared that I wanted to create more experiences for female leaders, founders, investors, and business owners to have the space where they could find their way back to themselves. To unlock their deeply unapologetic selves, their fierceness, their truth, and their power - so in turn they can go light the world up, create the lives they want, make the money they want, and truly make the impact they desire.
And then the magic started.

Days and weeks afterwards, the same group of women shared their sudden new 5 figure deals, new role opportunities appeared out of the blue, new potential at having a family, aha moments on relationships they wanted (or didn't), launching new brands, and taking the leap to start their own businesses.
One woman introduced me to Paulina Lopez. Who just happened to live in NYC, where I lived for 10 years. Who just happened to know Mama Gena, the femininst icon who I've studied with for 5 years. Who just happened to be putting on a Divine Feminine Leadership Conference on March 8th. Who just happened to invite me to speak.
Divine Timing.
So that I can share again. My vision and hope for the world. That all women can find the ways to turn their light on, turn on their power, their audacity, their unapologetic vision for a brighter, more equitable, more inclusive, more connected, more abundant, and more expansive future than we can even imagine.
And yes, using the power of pleasure.
